Our Lullaby tea blend is formulated to promote a great night of rest.

These herbs are 100% natural and organic.

Ingredients: lemongrass, peppermint, chamomile, rosehip, spearmint, valerian root, hibiscus & cornflower petals

Taste: minty cup of hugs

Recommended serving: 1 tbsp. per 8oz. Steep for 5-7 minutes or longer to receive maximum benefits. The longer you steep, the stronger the tea. Add sweetener of choice. Drink up to 3 to 4 times daily. 

Recommended Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Keep out of direct sun light & away from heat.
